Notice: This camera only supports 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi and does not support 5 GHz Wi-Fi. It does not offer full-day recording, but rather motion-triggered recording only. When installing solar panels, they must be exposed to sunlight for the majority of the day. RTSP, ONVIF, NVR, and FTP are not supported, nor are Alexa and Google Assistant.

The accompanying app is a CloudPlus app. When registering an account, you must check "Agree to User Use Agreement" to complete the process. The camera is compatible with both CloudPlus and CloudEdge apps.

If the memory card cannot be recognized, please follow these steps before inserting the TF card: Use your computer to format the TF card to FAT32 format, and ensure the camera is in the off state when inserting or removing the TF card. It is recommended to use a class 10 or higher speed TF card, with a capacity between 8-64GB.

This camera is equipped with 2K resolution technology, which enhances the visual quality compared to a full-screen mosaic, providing a better user experience for home security. The camera's PIR (passive infrared) function can effectively detect and distinguish between people, animals, and vehicles. If you only need to detect people, you can turn on this feature. However, if you need to view small animals or vehicles, you cannot enable this function. This makes the camera a suitable choice for excellent wireless home security.

Equipped with a reliable and stable 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi connection (5 GHz is not supported), this camera allows for effortless video streaming and remote access from anywhere at any time.
